My name is Samantha. I live with my partner John in Surrey with our 4 Maine Coons and our three
other domestic breeds. Like many other Maine Coon owners we are now owned by our cats. It started
with the arrival of Budletts Prince Bashir (Basher) in July 2004 as John's birthday present.
Three years later we now have three breeding females and have just had our first three litters
of kittens (see Kittens page). At the moment we are showing the cats at various shows within the
TICA accreditation system.
They have all gained enough points to make champion or double champion and just need to final
to secure Champions status. (Basher and Mia did this on 8/9th September. Mia became a
Quadruple Grand Master and Basher became a Champion). We have also showed at GCCF.
The females are "resting" from shows at the moment as they are having kittens. We have also shown
them at FIFE accredited shows where they have gained their CACs and where Basher won
"Best Male Neuter" and our non-pedigree Mia won "Best Pet" in August 2007.
