campaigned for half a season rumour has it she was possibly one of
TICA's most successful HHP's since showing started in England
New arrival Kititas Blondie joins the Somersisle Gang. Watch out for
her first show results and photo shoot in August :)
In the meantime here is a quick peek.

The final show for the season brought all the top cats out and what a show.
With Blueflower Lois baby from her first litter gain 2 x finals on her 2nd TICA show.
Ariella's baby Snowqueen (Aka Delilah) had several nominations and was much more relaxed. We look forward to seeing her develop at her next show later this year.
Our New Stud Boy Sakima made ALL five rings and was on his best behaviour all day. We look forward to seeing him develop and the arrival of his first litter with us due 5th May.?
Finally Our HHP 'Mia'
Well the record spoke for itself with
6 x Best Cats
3 x 2nd places
1 x no placing
And to top it off she was awarded Best of the Best HHP. We now await the final European standings for the 07 - 08 season but she should finish in the top 5. An unbelievable record for only 8 shows.
Mia will be on TV later this year. Watch this space for more details.

March 2008
TICA show Newbury
Mia does it again. With 6 x Best Cats in the TICA HHP section Mia continues her phenominal success. Her final show is just around the corner.
Blueflower follows up her Fife success with a Final in her first ever TICA show ring. Placed 2nd best Kitten out of 30 plus kittens was an amazing win and we look forward to her next outing in April.
February 2008
Fife Show Sevenoaks
Our first outing for a while and what a weekend.
Kititas Ariella became my first Fife Champion in striaght shows with 3 x CAC's and her first certificate for her international title.
Lois gained her first CAC. However the Somersisle Kittens stole the show with Blueflower, Broken Orange Pekoe and SnowQueen all out to compete as my first home grown kittens.
They ALL won their respective classes and were BIV and ALL nominated towards the Best in Show Panel for 3-6 months kitten. Top prize went to Blueflower who was awarded the Best in Show Kitten title for 3-6 months on the Saturday.
26th October 2007
Mia won all 8 rings at the TICA show in Weston Super Mare.
Ari had six kittens. All very dark looking which is surprising given her colour and the sires colour.
7th October 2007
We took Mia to her first GCCF show at Bracknell on 6th October. Another clean sweep for her ! She won each of the eight household pet categories she was entered into, including best in show. We came home with a haul of three cups and ten rosettes. She has now done outstandingly well in FIFE, TICA and GCCF and we have very high hopes for her.
1st October 2007
Scrappy had her kittens on 30th September.
24th September 2007
Mia became a Supreme Grand Master at the TICA show in Lincoln on Sunday 23rd September. She came first in all four rings which was fantastic. Basher finalled in an All Breeds ring and became a Grand Champion.
16th September 2007
Lois had her kittens early on the 15th September.
10th September 2007
Mia did brilliantly at the TICA show in Maidstone on 8/9th September coming first in 6 rings, second in two, third in one and unplaced in one in the Household Pet section. (The judge who did not place her put her second the following day !). She is well on her way to superstar status.
Basher finalled twice so with all the points he has accumulated he attained his Champion status. (He has always been a superstar anyway !)
1st September 2007
We took Basher and Arella to the FIFE show at Worthing on 12th August. It was a show specialising in Maine Coons organised by the Maine Coon Guild. We also took along our household pet Mia - a very pretty white and blotchy colours cat.
We had a rather good show and did very well indeed and much as we love our cats they exceeded our wildest expectations.
Basher won the Witchewood Award for Best Male Neuter and overall came second to a spectacular reddish/cream Maine Coon (whose name I will enter here when I find out what it is).
Mia won the Household Pet category, which came as a huge surprise. It was the first time we had ever shown her and we had not set our expectations too highly. We thought she might like a day out at the seaside.
We came home swamped in plaques, silver plates and rosettes so a pretty good day all in all. The FIFE show is very different to the TICA shows in format. There also seemed to be a lot more visitors which helped pass the day.
